Mayhem Media was brought into this project by Home Theater, Inc. The customer had a high end picture in picture processer that required a state of the art control system.
This home theater boasts a 60" Pioneer Elite plasma display, a Sony ES home theater receiver, Sony Blu-Ray player, and 4 satellite receivers. Sounds pretty simple right? Beyond the initial look you'll find a sports guy's dream. The owner has the ability to watch all 4 of his satellite's at the same time. Using a state of the art picture in picture processer and audio switcher, the owner can arrange his satellite's in over 10 configurations or watch one full screen in High Definition. Complete control doesn't just stop at video, the owner has complete control of the active audio source in any configuration.
In addition to his home theater, the 8.4" AMX Touch Panel views and controls the home security camera system. The owner can watch all of his home's cameras on the touch panel while viewing his 4 satellite receiver's on the single display.
